they do have scrolling text applets. Lots of them.

client doesn't need to download the whole video file before watching it. The
client communicates with a video server and, using a "sliding
window" protocol, shows the video in real-time.

to learn JavaScript when you've got Web tutorial sites like this around.
This is a good, thorough resource for learning JavaScript.

included. Nice site offered in both English and Italian. This site also
offers a Java painting program, in which you can "paint" in real
time and then save your work in "The Gallery." Applets available

been one of the Web's best places to score some snazzy Java-stuff for
